I started TSA because I kept seeing the same problem: brilliant Founders building real products, but stalling on revenue because no one had taught them how to sell β and they couldn't yet afford someone full-time to fix it.

ABOUT JB
Jason Bulger
Founder & CEO
JB started his career in Miami.
In 1999 he joined TVG Network in Los Angeles, a live interactive horseracing startup, as employee #1 in the Ad Sales department. He built the revenue function from scratch, taking it from $0 to over $4M before the business scaled. That was his first lesson in building something from nothing.
He relocated to Melbourne and spent 5 years at AS Digital, leading a family-run online restaurant booking startup, bookarestaurant.com, through 300% revenue growth before it was acquired by OpenTable. He then stayed on at OpenTable as Director of Hotel Sales & Strategy across APAC & MEA.
After OpenTable, JB took Head of Sales roles at five early-stage B2B SaaS companies, including Typsy (negotiated first Enterprise deal, scaled global sales) and Matrak (193% YoY growth, 0% churn, doubled paying customers). Every time, the job was the same: transition the Founder out of sales and build something repeatable.
In 2023 he founded The Startup Advisory to do that work directly, as a Fractional Head of Sales and Coach for Founders who aren't ready to hire full-time, but are ready to stop winging it.
He's based between Southern California and Melbourne, and works with Founders in both the USA & Australia.
